Increasing Game Fitness (Intense)

Overview:

As a player myself, I have found that it becomes hard to mentally push past your shallow limits. This program gives players the opportunity to expand on their fitness and make sure that they stay game ready to play a full 90 minutes.

Included in this Session:

  • Proper warmup to prevent muscle straining and tears.
  • Drills involving short sprints and changing direction.
  • Timed drills involving repetitions of the same run pattern.
  • Endurance running focus (if requested)
  • Work on/off the ball
  • Explosive drills
  • Proper cool-down to prevent injury.

Added Bonuses:

Players will have the opportunity to use top of the line recovery treatments following the practice including:
