Baseball Pitching Lessons

These training sessions will be formatted into 4 different parts. To start, I will take the athlete through a warmup that will activate all the muscles the body needs to throw a baseball effectively. Next, catch play and mechanic focus where we can play catch and notice any mechanical flaws the athlete has. After throwing I will take the athlete through a post-throw routine in order to keep the arm healthy and prevent the risk of injury. Lastly, we will go through a set of drills depending on the mechanics the athlete needs to focus improvement on.
