I am a 25 year old male living in Chicago, IL who enjoys physical activities that mostly include weightlifting/ bodybuilding and combat sports. I began lifting 7 years ago with little to no guidance and because of that I have made every mistake there is to make when it comes to lifting. From those mistakes came bad lifting habits and a drastic decrease in movement efficiency. With the guidance of mentors and studying of modern material I have been able to undo and even excel in areas I used to be weak. To do this it took years of patience and learning, that of which I wish to instill upon others and help avoid the same mistakes I have made.

I am capable of tailoring workouts to fit your body and what needs to be improved on. Whether you are brand new to physical exercise or have been lifting for years.
My goal as a trainer is to provide the correct workouts, information, and guidance.
Which will allow each individual to complete movements to the most efficient level for maximum development, in the safest way possible. This will instill great muscle memory and physical longevity to allow the client to feel great physically and mentally in and out of the gym or desired sport.
